JCC Gifts

The Joint Committee For Christmas (JCC) is comprised of JCC members, members of Whitney area church congregations, Whitney High School PALS, local businesses, and volunteers.

Volunteer "Tree Captains" help to set up Christmas trees in many Whitney businesses and churches. These are decorated with the most precious of ornaments – angel tags. The tags are the wishes of disadvantaged boys and girl in our community. They may wish for a toy, game or clothing items. Members of the community take a tag, buy the items on the wish list, and return the items to the same place.

Each year, the JCC needs financial donations to help with the purchases and volunteers to help with the distribution of food and gifts in December.

Through the generosity of community members, Aquilla, Blum and Whitney area residents that qualify can receive
