School Supplies for Local Students

Recent images of school supply distribution at Blum, Whitney, and Aquilla schools highlight the spirit of community collaboration. The Lake Whitney Ministerial Alliance (LWMA) led the effort, providing essential school supplies and backpacks to equip students for their education. The Presbyterian Children's Home and Services contributed boxes of tissues and wipes for each child. This partnership reflects LWMA's mission to foster cooperation among local churches and organizations to meet the needs of the Lake Whitney community.

    Caritas of Waco provides dedicated case management to help local veterans and surviving spouses of veterans secure a stable future. We offer direct rental and utility assistance to help those who served - and their families – overcome financial and housing challenges. Get started today:
